Q: How do you track my commissions?
A: Our affiliate tracking system is built into our secure shopping cart system. When someone clicks on your unique affiliate URL, the system issues their computer a cookie with your affiliate ID information and takes them to GuitarConsultant.com's affiliate sales mini-site home page. Your potential customer can now navigate freely throughout the mini-site and when they place an order, the system reads the customer's cookie and credits you for the sale. Since the cookie stays on their PC, they can also return without using your URL, buy again, and you will be credited for that sale as well. If they happen to navigate away from the mini-site to the GuitarConsultant.com main site, you will be credited for home study course sales from there as well.

Q: How long does it take to get paid?
A: You are paid each month for the products you sell during the prior month as long as your account balance is $30 or more. Commissions are processed and mailed during the first week of every month.

Q: Do you provide online statistics so I can track my efforts?
A: Yes. Once you sign up, you will have access to your sales and commission history. You will also be notified in real time by email when you've generated a sale. Our system also tracks the amount of traffic you send to our site.  

Q: Do you offer any marketing assistance?
A: Yes. We offer FREE marketing assistance for affiliates such as using our approved banners. (You may also design your own banner...just let us approve it before you start using it.) There is a resources link on your affiliate login page that will take you to more information to help you with Internet marketing.
